William Edwin Fenner

 

[b 17 May 1872 in PA; d 27 Dec. 1951 at Long Beach, CA] William Edwin Fenner worked as a blacksmith for the New York Central Railroad. At age 21, he m 1st Elizabeth Udora “Lizzie” Walker [b 29 Apr. 1874; d 12 Apr. 1917 at Penside, PA] in Jefferson Twp., Ashtabula Co., Ohio on 20 May 1893. After battling breast cancer, Elizabeth died in Penside, Erie Co., PA. Her parents were Edward Walker of New York and Nancy Smith of MI. William married his daughter-in-law Clara’s widowed mother, Mrs. Anna Augusta “Gussie” (Swanson) Northrup, but had no more children. He died in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, CA after having moved there just two months previously. He was buried there.

  4. William Edward [b 23 Sept. 1909; d 27 May 1992] m Margaret Cartland.

  5. James Elory [b 23 July 1911; d 25 Nov. 1961] married twice.

  6. Florence Marian [b 4 Oct. 1913; d 14 Mar. 1997] married twice.
