Wallace Robert Fenner

 

[b 23 Aug. 1892 at Fredonia, Chautauqua, NY; d 19 Feb. 1957] Wallace Robert Fenner m 1st Harriet — [b ca. 1891 in PA] ca. 1916–1917.

In 1910 and 1915, Wallace was living with his mother Mary in Pomfret, Chautauqua, NY. On his WWI draft registration, he was married, a self-employed merchant, living in Fredonia, NY but working in Dunkirk, NY, and claimed to be crippled in the leg. In 1920, he was living with Harriet and Wallace in New York City. He moved to Oklahoma City ca. 1929, where he m 2nd Eva Marie Anderson [b 24 Jan. 1894 at Westmoreland, Pottawatomie, KS; d 24 Jan. 1965 at Oklahoma City, OK], daughter of Elmer D. and May Anderson, on 29 Aug. 1930 at Oklahoma City, OK. Her family had moved to Oklahoma between 1900 and 1910.

  1. Wallace D. [b 7 June 1917 in NY; d 12 May 1974 at San Joaquin Co., CA] m 1st Una Coyle [b 18 Apr. 1916 in OK; d 25 Sept. 1996 at Contra Costa, CA] on 22 Aug. 1962 at Marin Co., CA. He m 2nd Edith Gilwich [b ca. 1911] on 30 Aug. 1940 at Seminole, OK. He claimed to have had $6000 worth of gold nuggets stolen out of his unlocked car while in a cocktail lounge in Sacramento in Nov. of 1967.
