FALL RIVER, Sept. 3—Mrs. Mary J. (Milne) Fenner, widow of Henry S. Fenner, died today at her home, 272 June St. She was in her 82d year. Her late husband was a prominent manufacturer in this city for many years. Surviving are her two sons, Henry M. and Joseph A. Fenner; one daughter, Mrs. Richard G.H. Knight; three sisters, Mrs. Abbie M. Carr, Mrs. Jeannette M. Remington, and Mrs. Hannah M. Chadwick. —Boston Globe, 4 Sept. 1935, p. 15.
Henry Milne [b 13 Sept. 1879 at Fall River, MA; d 7 Jan 1943 at Fall River, MA] was the assistant editor of the Fall River News in Massachusetts. Unmarried. In 1918, on his WWI draft registration, he was listed as living at 272 June St., Fall River, MA, with his mother. On his WWII draft registration, he was living at 3611 Riverside Ave., Somerset, MA., working in the insurance business.
Joseph Almy [b 4 Nov. 1884 at Fall River, MA; d 26 Nov 1971] m Lucia Butterfield [1883–1965] on 19 Feb 1914 in Manhattan, NY. She was the daughter of Norman Butterfield and Sarah Amelia Moss of New Milford, PA. In 1918, on his WWI draft registration, Joseph was married, living at 169 Walnut St., Fall River, MA, working as an engraver at Algonquin Printing Co. In 1942, they lived at 365 Montgomery Street, Fall River, MA., and Joseph was employed at Union Hospital. Joseph and Lucia had no children.
Laura [b 13 Jan. 1887; d 24 Aug 1964] m Richard G. Knight [1888–1962] of Providence. They had Mary on 8 June 1914, and Richard G. Knight Jr. on 16 July 1917.
George Arthur [b 3 May 1892; d 12 April 1926] unmarried. In 1918, on his WWI draft registration card, he was living at 272 June St., Fall River, MA, with his mother, employed as a clerk at the American Printing Company.
