She m 2nd David Cornelius Stokes [b 29 Aug. 1933 in Geneva, OH; d 30 Sept. 1994 at Geneva, OH]; m 3rd Samuel Birman; m 4th John Joseph Neylon [b 22 Feb. 1927 in OH; d 4 Aug. 2001 at Fresno, TX]. At her death, she was known as Dorothy V. Fenner-Stokes.
